Medical Referral Team

Our Medical Referral team will facilitate your medical records translations and onboarding to Houston Methodist. They ensure you are assigned a care team and will guide you through your first step of your health care journey with us, in your language. 

Welcome Team 
Upon your arrival you will be greeted by a friendly face from our welcome team. They are located in our patient lobby and can help answer your questions and help you navigate our hospital. 
Patient Liaison Team 
Our compassionate, respectful, professionally trained liaisons are here ready to serve you, from preparing you for your treatment to celebrating your recovery. They get to know your health care needs and personalize recommendations to the most appropriate team of specialists for your situation and in your language. 
Finance Team

Our finance team provides medical cost estimates and consolidated hospital billing. They also coordinate with insurance companies and government guarantors all while working closely with your care team.
